Well, with the nature of your business no wonder you have a great site.
Hmmm...I think I don't have anything else to say to improve it but well, there's one. The awards pictures (I think they are awards) might be better if they are not that big. Or perhaps it would be better to have them as background wallpaper. Two awards in vertical in each side.
