Hi mikaldinho. What is the central theme/topic for your forum? People who will be visiting your site should at least know the answer to this in order for them to join or not.

Anyway, as to the review of the site, I think that you should break the forum into sections. Just take the example of HB where we have the "Community Area", "Website Design, Promotion & Revenue", and others.

I agree, you don't seem to have a main theme. You have one section for Nintendo DS fans and you have another section for Swapitshop and another section for funny pictures, and so on. There is no main theme that ties everything together, it's just random things. Your goal should be to have content that is interesting to a certain group of people, like Nintendo DS fans or fans of funny pictures. You want them to keep coming back to your forum in order to find what they like and participate. So I would recommend creating a main theme.

Try having a professional domain. If you're using free sub-domains, try using short url. I believe your forum is quite new and fresh. Black is a good theme. Avoid using those blue colour, that is generating irritation to the eye. Try adding more and more, there is no limit of the sections in chat forum. But, make them specific and marked.
