Your site doesn't look too bad actually. In the banner, you could probably improve it by not using standard fonts but a font that represents Borneo. Another thing is you should have a menu of your posts.

You've got a pretty nice site there I think that the colour scheme is quite simple, I'm not too keen on too much of the grey, but that's just personal preference. Your site is laid out well, but I think that the header/logo could be improved a little as I don't really like the font.

Nice site and very interesting content. Great layout and organisation. I like your navigation and have got no problems with the colours that you've used. You have content that is to be taken seriously, so I think you should stick with earthy colours.
