The layout looks OK... Except for at the top how the white goes out of line with the rest of the layout.
There's way too much stuff on that page; it took a little while for it all to load. Your homepage is the first impression, so you have to make you don't sure scare the visitors away. I suggest you take some unnecessary stuff off of the homepage and put it on other pages.

My Suggestions:cowboy:

1. Use "Wordpress" instead of "Joomla" because wordpress gives you more flexibility than Joomla. I often see people make a mistake in choosing the perfect solution in blogging platforms. There are so many in this world. But wordpress is for real business man and blogger is for real beginner. Joomla & some others go in between.
2. Change your free domain tld from "uni.cc" to "co.cc" because its easy to type & remember.
3. You may change your free hosting platform from 000WebHost to Hyper
4. Use less graphics or optimize them.
5. Optimize your website.
6. Make it SEO compliant.
7. Don't use useless widgets.
8. No need to include the footer logos.
9. Floating/Scrolling photos(at the bottom of page) slow down the browser & consume more CPU resource.
10. Too many scripts slow down page loading i.e. takes more time to load on your visitor's browser first time.(as sez Zantetsken)
11. Include more content by increasing the width of your page OR you can increase the page width at the right side & leave the left side for floating navigation bar. This increases your productivity.
12. Too many advirtisement leads you to down fall. Place resonable ads at suitable places. For this consult ProBlogger.net .
13. You can change the vistor counter design & place it at the bottom of the page. The country map visitor distribution is fine at the sidebar.
14. The poll can be placed at the top if it provides you earning or if it contains business value.
15. So many auto update text news is awkward. Include atmost two(2), not more. One(1) is recommended though.
16. Your placement of important links at the top right corner of page is awesome.
17. Number of people online widget, can be placed at the very bottom of all the posts.

Though I get very less time to comment on other's websites when asked for, yet I thoroughly scanned through each & every element of your website as far as I could.

The graphic of the website no doubtly very good but there are things that can be improved. Check your the font in your logo, that can be improved and made much clear.

The template and design is okay, and you need to focusing about the contents, well I don't understand the language given there. However, post interesting articles or services to enrich your website with lots of visitors.

Nice website, apart of what crownabhisek has mentioned which is thorough I would also recommend you to change your header name "LsikZone.edu" is most likely going to misslead your visitor since your real url is http://lsikzone.uni.cc/.

Another thing your tagline (right under lsikzone.edu) is unreadable (I am Indonesian so I understand the language :read

it would also be great if you put more contents above the fold as for right now all I see is a lot of graphics and few contents, maybe by moving your Random Member LSIKZONE.EDU (below at the bottom, again as crownabhisek said) and change your adsense block into adsense link so it won't take too much space and hopefully increase your CTR he he he.
