Guess you have a huge database there

My personal opinion, the graphic at the very top is too large. Takes too much away from the page. Maybe consider using it as a background image and you could put some menus/links over top.

Otherwise I like the concept

I'll go with what WorldCom said. The logo definitely needs resizing. It certainly is good, however, it takes away a large part of the page which can be annoying particularly for people with resolutions of 800 x 600
Other than that, the design, etc is good, however, the site is really crowded with loads of ads. Consider reducing them, or atleast arranging them in a way that does not clutter the whole front page.

Well when you design a website you should consider people with different resolutions and different browsers. Also you need to review you site from a visitors point of view apart from being webmaster. We all her on this site usually review it from Administrator's point of view. I have seen this teme before. Its just a one page theme. You should not use it at all. Though you can use the girl image.

your website is not like that which people make now-a-days you neeed addd few free content, like star, singer's profile reviews. so that people may stick to it. other no one will stay there for a minute or two.
