I like the second one better.

It's nice. The render blends well and the signature is "full". There's some nice depth too.

However, i don't like the empty white strip bottom right. For such a busy signature it seems a little strange.

I would say you should definitely make the focal render bigger, maybe take the text out. Effects are nice and colorful, and yeah I agree that the white blob thing at the bottom of the focal is distracting.
