I recommend you do the following to improve your onsite SEO:

• Make sure all images have width & height demensions, and alt text applied to them.
• Apply Meta Keywords and a Meta Description to your pages (Some SE's still use them!).
• Bold 1-2 of your keywords that each page is focused towards.
• Link one of your main keywords to an authority website like Wikipedia etc.
