Default Do you optimize your sites for each individual search engine?

I was wondering if that's something you should do or is it more of a "you can if you like" rather than a "must-do". If you do optimize them, what do you do that's different for each one?

its more of "i will if i have a chance"
but honestly, i don't know how to optimize my site for yahoo nor bing at all. i just do yahoo answers sometimes.
i'm even surprise to see that some of my post is number one result in yahoo.

I used to concentrate alone on Google as more than 60% of them uses google as their search engine. Start trying by one by one.

Let's be realistic, if you focus on 1 search engine it will still help others.

Now, lets look at the fact that google absolutely dominates the majority of searches. So, you basically put the two together and combine the fact that this is all very time intensive, and you have your answer. Focus your time on google for the best pay off. Remember the Pareto principle.

I believe you should just do good optimization and all engines will rate you accordingly, the truth is that they will all rank you well in time if you do the right things.

Concentrate on google is my choice. Why is need to optimize for another search engine when mostly people use google as their search engine?
