How to do SEO on bing

How can i improve my position doing free SEO on bing search engine.....any tips please

first make sure that your domain name is index on bing.
second make an update everyday on your site/blog.
third have some links on msn/bing bookmarks

i am using both Bing and Google and i think both search engines give relevant search results. i would still prefer Google though, because it gives a little bit more relevant search results than Bing.

My site have good ranking in Google and Yahoo but when it comes to Bing, my site is nowhere. It's my problem also on how to rank well in bing.
