Not only in page body. Every search engine uses the meta title to give the best result in your query. So that means that it is also important to include your keyword in your meta title and description.

On our websites, we still placed it on the meta title and description. As much as possible, we ensure that the keyword is found in the text of the webpage especially in the title. For titles we put the the keywords there too and enclose it with the H1 tag. We also use keywords in the alt tags of images.
