Check our Search Status tool in Fire fox, that will help you lot to understand that which links are do follow & nofollow.

Yes, highlighted pink link means NoFollow link vice versa it is a DoFollow link.

I am also using it.. but not yet conformed what does red color means and what does blue color means??

I recommend you to use SearchStatus toolbar to determine easier the NoFollow and DoFollow link.

Install searchstatus toolbar for your browser. It will have the option to highlight nofollow links. Try it out.

Yes, you can search a DoFollow sites in Search Engine such as Directory Site, Forum Posting and Social Bookmarking. Use SearchStatus to determine if that site is DoFollow or NoFollow link.
