Keep submitting in directory manually.Have top directory list available and submit. Do few quality submission. This will be fine. Top Directory list is very easily available. One of such is buildmylink. com.

It's not the easiest thing to detect though. I like to submit to directories in bulk so software definitely comes in handy.
