Thread: content less broad = higher PR?

Default content less broad = higher PR?

    Hi people,

I am new to this forum and I am new to SEO. I understand that the PR rank of a website that links to you and the relevance to your own site determines your PR (adding up for every link, maybe decreasing your score if you get linked by totally unrelevant websites or websites with no PR rank).

    Consider this:

You have an ecommerce website. You do sell Samsung screens on there. Now you do have good quality backlinks from websites about Samsung, about screens..

Now you want to add sofas and sell those too.. would it be better to use a completely new domain and get good backlinks with high relevance from there, or would it be better to sell them off the same ecommerce website, maybe through their own subdomain..

Another example would be first selling computers, later software.. or first selling one type of computer games, and wanting to add another one..

    Default

    Use new domain.
Because it is abnormal then the internet market sale only sofas and Samsung screens.
