Default The SEO war of redirects: 301 vs 302

The most common cases when we use 301 redirects are:

If the page is deleted or permanently moved.
You want a new top level domain for your website without damaging your link value and rankings. To serve either of the version of worldwideweb or non worldwideweb. This is done with a combination of 301 redirect and mod-rewrite.
    Content duplication.

302 redirect, also known as temporary redirect tell search engines that the content of the requested URL is temporarily available at a different URL location but will be soon restore to the original URL. So in case of a 301 redirect, the search engines will index the original URL, but they will extract the content content from the 301 redirected URL. This is the the most dicey redirect that you can use on your website as all the search engines tend to treat a 302 redirect differently with lots of exceptions to what they claim.

    Default Redirect alternatives

    Hey, I setup this redirect

http://www.bramblebusiness.com/makecashlinks/index.html for testing purposes rather than setting up a permanent redirect. The problem with a permanent redirect can be seen at Domains.BrambleBusiness.com If you browse through the site you will see the URL remains static. Not very useful for bookmarking and referrals but on the plus side it does allow you to add additional Meta Data (check out the source code of this site.

How much of a negative affect the first redirect gives me is unknown. Providing im not drilling multiple-multiple sites through the redirect, there is no harm made regards to SEO ranking.

    Default

If Page A Redirects to Page B

301 Redirect --> Google gets contents of Page B and URL of Page B. All links to Page A are treated as links of Page B.

302 Redirect --> Google gets contents of Page B and URL of Page A. All links to Page A are still treated as links of Page A.

Although it is known that if Google sees a super super super OLD 302, JavaScript redirect, or Meta Refresh Redirect, that has never changed from many many years, it is sometimes treated as a 301.

Same thing with a missing page that is always the same but gives a status 200. If this has been occurring for so long, it will be treated like a 404 even if it isn't.

According to my knowledge,301 redirect is more beneficial than 302 redirect for seo.
As in 301 redirect the page is permanently shifted and search engine will pass all the link value, ranking to redirected page and also index destination url.
while in 302,it tells search engine particular page content are temporarily available at different url.In this type of redirect, search engine index original url.
