around 400-500 words per article /content is quite good specially if you use keyword density. Not keyword stuffing

Aside from keyword density, you must be conscious as well with keyword prominence. Bots crawl pages from top to bottom. The earlier bots notice your major keywords, the better. It's like calling attention before saying anything.

i think by indicating your keywords on the content repeating couple of times is not that bad. As long as phrases are connected with it. What's wrong is when you indicate your keywords couple of times with live links...
