I don't like Squidoo, I know it is High PR but for me it is very to gain a more traffics because I need to qualify my blog/article in top 20 by quality and relevant content.

I use Twitter, I know it is no-follow but it big helps for to promote my blog, article and land page of a website. With this Tweet(Message) to can gain more traffic and can talk to potential client or potential link partner.
