Boosting the PR of my site

The current PR or page rank of my site has changed and the same thing goes to the rate of traffic that it has been enjoying for the past few days. This is the reason why I am really that sad these days. I want to get the best possible results for the site that I have and this is why I accessed the services of those experts in SEO. The bad thing is that the opposite of the results that I have been expecting are what came to me these days. Is Google to blame for this whole matter?

Actually after this recent update it's very hard to get result you just have start for gaining the next page rank.
