after update of Google Panda & Penguin so many different kind of changes have came on Search Engine & those are again not following the guidelines of Panda & Penguin ! Google is punishing them ! I wanna know how to promote a web site in uder of Panda & Penguin update !

After Panda and penguin, really I can not understand which one is right in the eye of Google and which one is wrong. After two of my site being penalized, now I am doing all most nothing except trying to write some good contents.

There is nothing to get worry about this updates, these are just expansion of their basic guidelines. All you have to do is just to stay natural, no need to worry about other stuff. Panda is all about content and it was always said that content is the king for Google and duplicate content must be penalized. Whereas Panda is all about the quality of backlinks, it was also mentioned in their guidelines that stay keep on checking about the quality of backlinks you are getting but now if don not keep track of them you may be get penalized. So these are just the expansions, of following them and keep getting good ranks nothing to worry in that.
