How to find good link partners

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and I haven't used forums so much before, but I liked the promojunkie site and thought I would give it a go.

I have a small network of sites ranking from PR 1 to 4, all with good positioning, good unique content and the sites are real. I am having huge problems finding link partners that have sites that are real. I get a lot of requests, but all from sites with hundreds of links on them and you can tell the sites are not used for anything else but link farming.

I was wondering where I can find serious webmasters that are interested in building some real quality links?

Try to search it in google using your targeted keyword. Most of the sites listed in the results are relevant to your site.

Yeah, I tried this, even calling people and insisting, but other webmasters doesn't even want to hear about it. It seems most have their own network of sites and have been burned to many times by linkfarmers, or people putting up their links and then taking them off.
