Is it good get backlink from blogger ? I mean I make fake site with blogger or wordpress, then I make backlink to my website ?

What do you mean by making a fake website with blogger ? I think that you mean to say that you want to make blogs on blogger.com and than put backlinks to your website. Its will be useful if you get traffic on your blog which you created otherwise no use of making backlinks from it.

For SEO it is good because blogger and wordpress is easy to indexed on google. But fake website is bad ide to get backlink.

Same as what Pankaj said. The concept and use of backlinking will work only if the site where from your are linking is of high PR or has good ranking in other Search Engines. If not, there is no use of having a backlink from a site with PR0 or does have a PR at all or not even indexed in any of the SEs.

Dahlia is absolutely correct. You want to get backlinks obviously for either getting good traffic or for getting a good PR. The website from which you link to your website should be of high Alexa rank and also good page rank. Than you can also have a good alexa and page rank for your TLD domain.

the idea to have a backlink from a higher PR web/blog is to crank up our website PR.
But, if you can't get a higher PR web to put your link, now thats a problem.
Some effort to make your PR higer is to sign in on a directory.
and other is to make blog (so called: fake blog) with a link to your blow/ web. if you wanted to do so, make sure you make a lot of em. make sure you put a nice content there, and leave it as it is.
