This is very correct. I also experianced with this type of spam on my forums on one time and my indexed pages from google immediately removed. Now iam trying hardly to regain my positions.

h1, h2 tags are very important on SEO and it should be aware of that large number of h1, h2 tags are not good for SEO. Use not more than 1 or 2 h1, h2 tags for a page.
