Will hostingsource support my customers?

I am planning to start my own hosting business and decided to use hosting services at hostingsource.com as their reseller hosting plans look very attractive in terms of resources, features and the price for them.

Will this company support my customers? Any experience dealing with them?

I would like to say that Hostingsource is reputable company and it provides quality web hosting services.
Moreover, good communication and customer service is key to a great web-host, and it has these qualities in spades.
Try to contact their support and ask any question you are interested in.

You should provide support for you customers and to receive support as Reseller. Of course there is always an option for you to purchase a support package from your hosting provider.

You keep 100% of all revenue you generate.

I have just contacted them and they told me that they support clients' customers, so you can give them a try.
