Better to get a normal reseller accounts which would be more reasonable by costs and time. In particular I know good solutions presented at webhostingbuzz.com and also webhosting.uk.com I recommend the most as the reseller hosting providers.

I have seen reseller features in m6.net shared plans which cost little.
I don't see any sense to pay more if it's possible to use reselling at the price of a shared plan.
Would prefer something with already full reseller accounts, not just shared plan allowed tobe resold. Among the named the better seem to be webhosting.uk.com reseller deals..
"Reseller ready" should mean that an easy to use Reseller account management interface is available as a part of the service.
I believe that it is better to create your own packages.
