If the company states that reseller ready in their packages, does it mean they it's possible to use their shared plans for reselling?
Have seen that in webhostgiant plans.

Better to get a normal reseller accounts which would be more reasonable by costs and time. In particular I know good solutions presented at webhostingbuzz.com and also webhosting.uk.com I recommend the most as the reseller hosting providers.

I have seen reseller features in m6.net shared plans which cost little.
I don't see any sense to pay more if it's possible to use reselling at the price of a shared plan.
