Points dont increases

I have noticed one thing, i dont know how many of them have noticed this, but i saw points dont increase after ever posts, it increases only after 5 posts, that means when i reply to 5 posts, 2-3points will increase after that i reply another 5 posts then it will increase with another 2-3 points, samething is happening with thread.

I want to ask why is this happening? why it is not increasing after every posts and threads? This is really discouraging me to post in the forum, i love competitions and to compete with others, i have at the moment reached to 5th level and want to increase my level, but my points are not increasing at all.

Can anybody from admin staff can change this points system for every posts and threads?

it's not fixed that points increases 2-3,they may increase to 10 points sometimes.
I also face this problem so many times,
so i also need the help in this matter.
I have gone through the award system but haven't found anything.
Is there any one who can help?

There could be two problems, i myself know about vbexperience so i can tell that either admin has disabled points system for every posts and thread or they have provided such settings that some forum category will only be getting points and other forum categories will not get points.

i have already read, not just once, but many times, but i am just not talking about one forum category, its for all category, just few minutes back i had posted in business forum, but ofcourse points are still the same, as it was before.

ok now see here i had replied to this post in profitable forum http://www.promojunkie.com/forum/pro...html#post21251 but still my points is same as it was before.

Guys... The points system is updated every 10mn by default to cut down on server load, there is nothing wrong with the system; it is updating and keeping track just fine.

ok now i found my points are increasing, but dont you think 10 minutes is too much? i means in every 5 minutes i am replying to 5 posts in the forum, so in that ways i wont be able to get points for all those 5 posts?

mitali, I cannot believe that instead of appreciating the opportunity to earn extra unexpected cash for doing what you'd be doing anyway, you can find a way to complain and still continue to once it's all explained to you. You didn't even have the courtesy to say thanks for the response like viraj did.

decipher works his butt off on this and knows it inside out. He's the authority on this subject so if he explains to you the way it works, that's how it works. Period. This is a very complex project and not something thrown together in two minutes.

If you're making a post a minute, I obviously need to look closer at yours for post padding because I sure don't think they can be quality at that rate.

No we won't change how it works. We like it fine the way it is and I'll tell you this, it's just as easy for the admin to take something away around here as it is to give it to us. If the points system becomes too much of a hassle to administer because his staff need to spend time justifying how it works when people don't even read the instructions in the first place, don't be surprised if it disappears entirely.
