i suggest you to add some google adsense site ads box on every page so you can earn some easy bucks from your forum contents and visitors

I think that there are enought of them, but i would suggest to change the background of adsense into grey instead of white, because with gray ( i mean the same as the forum's color ) will look better
P.S. My personal opinion :P
