Bill, one option is missing from the vote, the no new forum required option. I could be wrong but I think something when there is too many sub forums in a forum it causes confusion but if users request a particular forum that does not have an existing forum that can handle that topic then yes, new sub forums should be created.

You have a good point... Updated poll to reflect your suggestion to add "No forums" option.
