How many posts do I need before I can have signature?

you need to have 10 posts atleast in order to add your signature after your every post. once you have 10 posts you will be eligible for this.

I've completed 15 post still when I see in my usercp I don't find the option to edit my signature
Why ? is something wrong or a bug ? or system takes sometime to update the settings for the user ?

I make my signature after completing only 10 quality post. So I don't know what was your problem. You may again try it. I think now it will work.

I would say 10 posts is reasonable. However I would go back and check these 10 posts to make sure they add value.
