Is Haiti being greedy?

I saw someone say that Haiti is being greedy. He said that the money used should go to other things like a hospital. He also said they should take care of themselves.

I think it's a personal problem, better not to use general word like "haiti", because it refers to everyone in Haiti (or all Haitian)

Right, but they're getting millions upon millions of dollars going to them. In this case, I used the name properly as I am referring to Haiti as a whole.

They need help. And whatever how much money they have from different people/organization/country it was given because these people felt that Haiti needs their help more than anyone else. Now, it would represent giving on it's highest form if those people from Haiti would also help those who are in need.
