You are convicted of a crime you did not commit.
There is no evidence for or against you.
You get tried, and lose.
In return, you get the option of life in prison or the death penalty.
Which do you choose and why?

there's no evidence against me? so why i must choose a penalty????
BUT IF i must choose, I'd rather go to jail, dude...
better to die than to suffer the frustrations and irritation for years. i can tlie with such frustrations for being penlised for nothing or on suspicion
in this situation prison would be much better because atleas we have chance to appeal in high court![]()
i choose to be in jail and shall demand an internet connection for me![]()
I will choose life in prison. Because there is still chance to find more evidence to prove my innocence![]()
Better to lock up than kill, more of a punishment I think. When does life not mean life? When in the UK, you seem to only spend HALF the minimum term associated with life. Life should mean life.
Seen a good post - give some reputationKeeping the forum clean - SPAMMERS BEWARE!!
Yep, I demand for a week-off for preparing my descendant. Then they can kill me, if that how is must be.
I'd prefer jail..there's always another chance. You might get a re-trial and they might give you a parole. There's always a second chance.
What if it was life without parole? That happens as well. What would you choose then?
