I am interested to use this php license script management tool named PHPLicengine to encrypt and license my php software but don't know much about it. Is here a PHPLicengine user to help please? I appreciate it.

Can't say that I have ever used that script however a while ago I built www.phplicensescript.com; which is a great script packed with a lot of features. I recommend you check it out.

end user demo link direct me to admin login page!
admin login username and password stated on the page doesn't work to login me. I contacted them to request a free trial while ago and never heard back from them! :-(

I see they have active adwords too but with demo not working and not answering to trial request, they are just wasting money with adwords! I did use their form to request trial 2 3 weeks ago and never heard back.

Not sure how they are doing now; like I said I sold the company a while ago. I can say it was very successful when I had it But anyways.... from the sound of it I recommend you go looking elsewhere as you seem to be having problems with the site.
