    you can also refer tizag... contents are different but same as w3school

    Here's an easy way too: cPanel->Fantastico->install either Joomla or Wordpress, they are written in php.

    php.net is the best source for the information.. tutorials, and ebooks are ok in the beginning but sooner or later you'll need to go beyond what they offer since most only cover the basics.

    on the php.net their manual is the best tutorial for the php and you will fidn lots of example there too

    i think first of all you will read Wrox.Beginning.PHP5.Apache.and.MySQL.Web.Developme nt.Jan.2005. and you could get basic concept. after you will able to develop website other wise you can use cms like zoomla, wordpress, membo its very easy to learn and work.
