Basic vectoring tutorial

Hey this is just a basic tutorial on how to Vector/vexel. the difference between the two words is that a Vector is usually made in Illy, and is resizable up to 400% i believe, while a vexel is just shape layers over a render, imo. Im sure you could find better meanings for these words at wikipedia.com or something. You can make this with Ps or Illy, but as i mentioned earlier, if you think you might be resizing it, try illy.
