okay, for a BG, smudge up your render alot, then filters>sharpen>sharpen more (twice) andit will look kinda cool for a BG. =D

Rofl dude xD Awsome tut, yeah,but be careful when you sharpen too much,it'll distract too much from the focal point,so maybe try out a Fade Sharpen by going to Edit after you made your sharpen.
