    Monneybookers is very good. Though I have an account there I am yet to use it. Verification is also complete there. I am not getting opportunities to deposit in moneybookers to initiate a withdrawal.

    If you are outside US I suppose 2checkout.com can be good option for you as well.

    But as I know, paypal only protect the rights of buyer, never protect the seller. This is a problem. If you sell somthing that buyer to consider it as a replicat or broken even your item is OK. The buyer can get the refund and you lose the money. Even bad,paypal will be limited for 6 mothes. This is the disaster for sellers.

    Not always. I have heard some sallers did win some disputes.

    AlertPay is a good PayPal alternative however they have less clients and they are accepted in less shopping websites.
