What's difference btwn Verified PayPal Personal Account and Business/Premier Account?

What is difference between Verified PayPal Personal Account and Business/Premier Accoount?

You can't sell with a personal account. A personal account is very limited, but takes no fees. A business account is not limited, but takes fees.

A paypal business account gives you more options by allowing you to have a business name setup instead of a personal name.
