Not also sure about that but I think it's not possible. Best thing you do is to check paypal itself wether they accept more than one credit card or not. I'm sure they have faq on their site.

Nope. But that is possible to have 2 different paypal emails within the same account.

Nope, it is not possible because you use 1 credit card only once in the PayPal system.
