There are a lot of PayPal alternatives. A lot of people prefer AlertPay and MoneyBookers because PayPal doesn't accept their country.

Im not going to go into which service is better, because to be honest I do not know. But I have provided a list of alternatives for you. You can search for these and see for yourself if the service suits you. What I can say is, its not a bad idea to stick with the tried and tested like paypal, google checkout, etc where you know and trust the service. You may pay a tiny little bit more in the transaction costs, but you do get buyers security and also the confidence at the other end. Paypal is widely used too meaning cross compatibility between sites is far greater.

Yeah, I'd say those two are the ones that are most used after PayPal.
It's good to have at least two payment options for your users.
PayPal for users from countries that PayPal accepts and another one[probably Moneybookers] for everyone else.
Even all three would be good.

I would suggest moneybokers, they offer good services. Paypal is the leading online bank.. most use paypal only..

Yeah but when someone's country is not accepted on PayPal, they tend to go to MOneybookers. AlertPay is good, too, but not too many people use it. Some see it as a scam site.
