Can paypal account be sell?

I happend to see in other forum, there are people selling their own verified paypal account. I wonder how is it possible? Don't you think it is risky even we buy this account?

Its illegal to sell paypal becuase its havign your address on it , still you can create fake address paypal and sell it but its illegal

Of course i know this is illegal, i am asking how is this work for a people to sell and verified paypal account with other user name, and we use it as ours. This is also risky to the seller if we involves any illegal transaction with paypal. As i said i am wondering why?

If you want to do illegal things then you can do it but you have to verify it using vcc and most of this type of account is used for scamming purpose so I think its not ethical too

It should not be done. It is highly risky considering the fact that if u sell it to a hacker he might rip u legally by doing illegal transactions online.

There is really a lot of risk in selling paypal accounts, you should not do that either close your paypal account !
