Well, for alertpay, i love the charge back or file dispute features. Whenever i been scammed by anyone or site, i can use this features to file a dispute report to scammer, and able to get a refund from alertpay. This is really great!

Is there no way to transfer funds from Alertpay to Paypal??????

There is no way to transfer fund directly from Alertpay to paypal, because thery are two different organisation. But you can exchange your AP to PP with members here or look for trusted online exchanger.
