can you help in my problem...
You might be aware that VCC is used to verify your Paypal account if you don't have a CC. You can get it for $ 7 or so. Whats your experience with VCC ?

VCC is not acceptable by paypal, so if they found you have verified your account with VCC, then they will put limitations in your account, so i would not recommand you to use VCC for paypal verification.

they do recognize, because they have all information about there verified members, and they know who is doing fraud with there paypal account. lots of victims you will find in digital point forum.

Do not use vcc for paypal verifications , it will cause problems later when they will ask for the statement

i think that you can use a payooner card to verify your paypal account
