What type of problems you mentioned here? if you are referring about getting verified by credit card issues, i personally don't think it is a problems, this is a great secure ways to protect our fund, and i don't face any problems to get my account verified.

Yah I can't stand paypal. They gave me tons of problems in my ebay days.

I think it also work for HDFC Netbanking service which also known as NetSafe! I used it to verify my account!
