Default transaction fee error with Alertpay

Did you ever have any errors like me with Alertpay like I did? I purchased a few positions in a cycler and the next day joined a program or two for a total of about $36.00

Then I noticed on my credit card statement they showed up as Cash Advances with a $10.00 transaction fee for each equaling $50.00 + the $36.00 in services.

Alertpay fessed up and admitted it was their error. They said it happened to quite a few members about a week and a half ago.

They asked me to send them the transaction reference numbers and they'd take care of things. That was this morning so I'll keep ya posted as to how they refund my monies.

Maybe their errors are delaying their new debit card.

How many of you use alertpay? I think its very difficult for asian users to add balance to it. So I will definitely prefer paypal.

So far Alertpay totally removed my original charges from my credit card. However, the $10.00 transaction fees are still there.

Alertpay does seem to want to rectify this problem and I'll keep you posted as to them taking care of my transaction fees.
