As far as I know, paypal doesnt store password cookies on users computer, there's a cookie only for email. About keyloggers, you can try virtual keyboards,
since keylogger is detecting pressed keys on keyboard, this way they cant do that. But, Im never to sure about anything
Virtual keyboard is for example part of kaspersky internet security, and you could use it for logging on sites like paypal.

Windows has virtual keyboard too. Just go start >> accessories >> easy of access >> On-Screen Keyboard

I would highly recommend installing Malware Bytes, Super Antispyware, or Spybot Search & Destroy if you are broke.

Hacking? you mean that any one elso login to your paypal and do a money transfor to other paypal accounts?

well,.. you can see your transaction on your paypal account report,.. otherwise you login on public computer

PayPal accounts can't be hacked using bruteforce or other methods because PayPal is strong. Your account can be stolen if you log in to a scam website, if you have a keylogger on your pc, etc. Always log in after you finish your activity and change your password reguraly. Also: don't log in from other PCs than yours.

Make sure your password is strong enough, make sure you have anti virus installed.

You should change your password quite often and never give password to any other people

The only way for this to happen is either you have a keylogger on your computer, or you went to one of those fake paypal websites and entered your account information there.
