I live where paypal not supports and i have relative in USA.

I search google and find that i can have use his name/bank ( he already allow me) and i should inform Paypal that he has migrate here ( where pp not support).

is there anything else do i need?

1. My question is, if somehow they limit my account what sort of documents they will ask for verification.
2. Do i need to use us VPN or just inform pp from where i am using ac.?
3. Can i verify using VCC or virtual CC will not work?
