I don't have credit card to verified paypal.. is there any other way?

U can verify your paypal with your bank account that is the only alternative for the verification of your paypal .But please remember dont use vcc card's it's against paypal rules and people doest relaize the negtive effects by using the vcc cards .if every one verify paypal with vcc then it creates secuirty problems because every one will have fake adress and cannot trace them in case of any fraud transactions so please all of us lets say no to vcc and comming to verify your payapl try with bank account in case if things are not possible login to your paypal mail the support and explain your problem and ask them other possible ways they will shurely support you with required information

i totally agree with you as in many cases of vcc acc got banned again.

But i'm use VCC and my acc still safe. VCC is legal, there is allowed by paypal itself *i ever read it somewhere on paypal site
So, just use VCC.

Buy a V(irtual)C(redit)C(ard) [VCC], just Google for it, you will find many sellers or PM me for a trusted one. I have also verfiied my PP account because it was faster. I never had problems.
