It would be wrong to say that there are no Indian PPC sites. There are many, but they can't compete with the ones abroad.

I would not recommend going for a web-site which does not have considerable positive feedback over the web.
We have seen a lot of scam web-sites before and Google Adwords still proves to be the most reliable one.
If you're new to advertising, some promotional credit will be a good way to try it out without paying much.

why are you looking only for India ppc, now a days getting money from any network is very easy, you can use paypal moneybookers or some other available option and get money from there into your bank directly, and you don't have to depend only on Indian ad network

They have did a search for you, but didnt found any such sites, when i did search i exactly got all PPC for advertising but there is no such sites of india who pays you for surfing, searching or exactly for clicking.

Besides Guruji.com there is another PPC program called as admaya, search on google you will know it. I am not using in and never heard about them so you should be aware if you are taking part in it..
