Otherwise, there's no option other than contacting google, else you may get banned :p

Try to find his IP and report him to his ISP with proof of him doing this. That should keep him away from you and also get him in trouble.

I would recommend contacting the Google traffic quality team and informing them of the issue. Request a traffic review for the time frame that you noted this occurring and request that they block this persons IP address. It may even end up being one of your competitors doing this, so Google should have some safeguards in place. Good luck

That's not just one guy wasting his time clicking on somebody else's ads.. Someone must be using bots (web robots) to commit click fraud and get you banned. You should contact Adsense to inform them you're victim of a bots attack. They will check it for you but they won't ban you so quick without warning you first.

You need to remove the ads or block the user IP, most important you need to contact Adsense or the one offering this service and wait for a reply else you may be ban and lost money like this.

I do not think Google can do anything about this. Blocking the IP in server is a choice, but ip will change
