Are you becoming good traffic to the blog? If you are getting good traffic and still don't see good results then try blending the ads. Make them look as a part of your website

To get traffic you need a lots of visitor for your site. So please try to attract visitor to visit your website. To attract visitor you should design your site properly and your content should be good enough. Oh another thing, social bookmarking site ( like digg, stumble upon, reddit ) may help you to get traffic.
