Your page rank is 1m and your bounce rate is approx 85% meaning that if you "really" have 46642 visitors you would have bought the traffic.

I would advertise on your site but on 2 conditions. Firstly if you maintain your traffic levels and secondly, could you set up Google analytics and give me access to view to prove your really getting that many Unique visitors.
