not really if you have something to report - something special on your site you can create a press release but dont expect too much from it - its mostly hype!

If you really want to get some press coverage you need
something "special" and your review site about weight loss which is similar to 500 other websites promoting the same stuff wont cut it AND you need contacts with the media
